Here’s how it works:

You will be asked to sign a contract confirming that all the artwork submitted for inclusion on the Denizen Planet website www.denizenplanet.ca, or www.denizenplanet.com is your work and that you have full and undisputed rights of ownership. You also confirm that your work was not created using AI.

In the case of your work being displayed on another site, you certify that you have the right to also display your work on Denizen Planet and have not signed an exclusivity contract with another site.

If there are any photos of people you have signed releases allowing you to display their likenesses, If your work is collaborative and there are additional artists or contributors, you have signed releases allowing you to display their work on Denizenplanet.ca.

You will retain the copyright of your work.

You understand and agree that Denizen Planet does not offer any compensation or payment for displaying your work. You also understand and agree that you do not owe Denizen Planet any compensation or payment for displaying your work on the site.

You also agree that you will not hold Denizen Planet liable for any damage in any form that you may incur by having your work on our site.

You may not use the Denizen Planet website as an online store to sell your work, but in some conditions, you may add an email or a website link where people can purchase directly from you.

You understand that Denizen Planet has the right to remove your work from the site without notice, explanation, or compensation of any type. You also understand that if you no longer want your work on the website, you need to notify the administrators in writing at denizenplanet@gmail.com and your work will be removed as quickly as possible.
